“Two huge tree limbs dropped right onto the roof of my Prius at a family party. Smashed the roof and destroyed the entire back windshield. Walls got me in when they were already very booked with cars that had been damaged by the tornado that ripped through Covington just weeks before. When it was all said and done, they handled the insurance 100%, and restored my car to like brand new. I could not be more pleased! “I highly recommend you go to Mr. Carter. Here is it 2026 and you'd think folks would be less than willing to help and answer questions and be out in the sun helping, but not this man. Carter helped tremendously and has so very many times when I have come back and forth with different vehicles needing work done. Carter takes time and works with all customers simultaneously and it truly shows that he cares about his customers. “I know just enough about vehicles to get myself into trouble. I called today spoke to Kenny W, Sales Customer Satisfaction. I gave him the year, make and model of my car. I told him what I thought I needed (wasn't sure of the proper name) & what it does. - That's all he had to work with!
He researched his system and took an educated guess as to what I was talking about.
When I went in to get it, Kenny was doing about four things at one time. He was really moving! Then he got to me! Poor guy's groove came to a screeching halt. He was very patient with me and did not show any irritation or need to get me out the door. (I knew he must've been very stressed by my ignorance and request for a miracle worker. As I had been watching him fly around without his cape.)
I know I myst have been the OH NO, of his day.
I greatly appreciate the time, effort, kindness and grace that he gave me.
