Walls got me in when they were already very booked with cars that had been damaged by the tornado that ripped through Covington just weeks before. When it was all said and done, they handled the insurance 100%, and restored my car to like brand new. I could not be more pleased! “I know just enough about vehicles to get myself into trouble. I called today spoke to Kenny W, Sales Customer Satisfaction. I gave him the year, make and model of my car. I told him what I thought I needed (wasn't sure of the proper name) & what it does. - That's all he had to work with!
He researched his system and took an educated guess as to what I was talking about.
When I went in to get it, Kenny was doing about four things at one time. He was really moving! Then he got to me! Poor guy's groove came to a screeching halt. He was very patient with me and did not show any irritation or need to get me out the door. (I knew he must've been very stressed by my ignorance and request for a miracle worker. As I had been watching him fly around without his cape.)
I know I myst have been the OH NO, of his day.
I greatly appreciate the time, effort, kindness and grace that he gave me.
