“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”

I called and spoke with the service department and explained to them what’s happening. They were very professional and wanted to help.
I showed up. Jessie was my technician, I explained to him the problem.
After couple hours he fixed the problem.
I just wanted to acknowledge him. He is very good. I will definitely be back for any issues.

I have a brand new Bronco Heritage edition and while they couldn't get the lights working, they let me know they were not going to attempt to mess with the advanced software. After research, I think Ford needs to be involved to adjust the Bronco software to recognize the new tow wiring”

Billy and Joe knew exactly what to do to access the tailgate linkage under the cover. It was fixed in a jiffy. No damage to truck, tailgate, or liner.
