“Sales Associate in Appliance Nosan and Manager Daniel genuinely care about their customers and it shows! I went there to purchase an upright freezer that showed online that it was in the store. Well it wasn't. Both gentlemen took the time to scour the store but it was clearly not there. They showed me a similar option and offered to price match the one I had wanted. Not every manager or store will do that but these gentlemen truly cared that I left the store happy with how I was treated. The people at the covington home depot are the reason I drive there instead of going to the much closer Lowes. No way would that have happened at Lowe's! It's worth the extra time to drive to Covington to be treated well and taken care of!”
