“Bought recently and best thing that has happened to this place. It's small but my wife now goes here first because the new owner has really improved the product, fresh vegetables especially. Only place in town we walk out after spending $100 and have multiple bags and feels like you most got your monies worth. Meat dept has always been one of the best also. Their meat selection is always fresh, tasty, and a good price. I highly recommend their produce section and the dairy and frozen sections as well. “Very friendly and helpful staff. The drive through window is very convenient. They sell live bait and tackle, and as of yesterday they now have gasoline comparable in price to other stores. They sell non ethanol gas too. The owner is even trying to stay open later to satisfy customers needs. I would highly recommend over any store in Winchester.”

“Their vapes were almost $10 dollars more than the manufacters' suggested retail price. The POP EXTRA is legitimately $12.99 directly from the website, or any other authorized dealer. All places sell them for no more than $15.00 , or you can get 2 for $30.00, and that includes taxes and all. I will never again buy a vape from this store. It was $24.00 tax and all. I called and e-mailed popvapor.com because this is illegal.”

“5 ? stars❗ I'd like to preface my comment by saying I never rate 5 ⭐. On this particular evening I went to Decherd TN Kroger at 9:00pm. I tried to hurry as I didn't need too much. By the time I reached the front to check out, Self-Check was the only option.?? As I headed for self checkout, the wonderful Tyler asked if I wanted to use Self Checkout. Idk if he remembered that I NEVER use Self Checkout or what.I replied that I didn't want to.Then the wonderful Amy (who was transferring to the Lewisburg store) chimed in and said that she would ring me up ?.Having worked in retail I know at a certain time drawers are counted and usually closed.Amy called me over to the register and Tyler emptied my cart onto the belt. ???. I was so relieved.Also felt special as they both went above and beyond to serve me. ??????. I can't say enough about these two. They are a real asset. They know their customers and aim to please.Thank you again Tyler and Amy, I appreciate you. ??”

“I love the Kroger fuel center. You get so many points when you shop and use the app. I have gotten up to $1.70 off of my gas purchase before and filled up my tank for like 15 bucks. The people are always nice and courteous and it is always clean. They always make sure to mark pumps that aren't working and I try to always get my gas there.”

“Our experience at Wal-Mart is usually not great but Abby made an impact with us yesterday. She went above and beyond to help me and my disabled mother. We have never had customer service like she gave anywhere and it started when we arrived and continued until we left when she assisted us to our car and helped us load groceries.
