“I own a '21 Mazda CX-5 with Soul Red Crystal paint, you know, that special red color that takes your breath away. Well, after an unfortunate accident, I found myself looking for a body shop. My husband had ACE BODY & FRAME on Miller Ave recommended to him, so that's where we took her. I was keeping my fingers crossed that they weren't just some 'sand paper & paint' place, but a real body shop with lots of experience.
We dropped my car off and were met by the owner, Jack. He seemed like a really nice guy who knew and worked in the business for a good while. But charming personality and smile aside, could he match my Soul Red Crystal paint????
After reading horror stories online about having repairs done with this color and ending up with a 2-toned car, I was getting pretty nervous, so I checked in with Jack a couple times. Nope, I couldn't have my car back. Yup, parts all arrived, but Jack wasn't happy with the paint color. I KNEW IT!!! This beautiful color (which was the reason I bought my car) was giving him some grief. He wasn't giving it back until he was happy with it. So I waited a couple more days and then got a call from Jack saying she was ready.
With a little trepidation, we went to pick her up. She was sitting out front so, of course, I had to do a walkaround before going in to see Jack. I looked at all the seams (original and newly painted plastic) side by side, and I was so relieved to see a perfect match!!! That deep red crystal color that your eyes seem to look through, not just at; it's reflective, dynamic! A perfect repair by an amazing business right here at 1001 Miller Ave.

“Bought our 3rd GMC from Nick Sayere at Dave Kirk Chevrolet in Crossville. Again, we are not disappointed in the service we received at any point in our transactions with him. He's a great guy to dal with and goes the extra mile to get everything in order. This made our 4th vehicle from Dave Kirk and it won't be the last. I use Scott Elmore in the service dept and he is top-notch! The only problem I have with the dealership is the stopped letting me call Scott to schedule my oil changes. I do not like the new scheduling process....not at all!”

I called several collision shops but none of them said they could do it.
Contacted Chans and they said they could.
Not only did they do it, they knocked it out of the park.
The color match is on point.
I really should have taken a picture of what it look like before so you can see what a difference it makes.
But I had to write this review because I'm happy with the returned product.
My upper 31L pannier is a little Sun faded,
So I'll probably be back to have them correct the paint on that too.

Couldn’t avoid running over 3 pieces of tractor trailer tires. Damaged front bumper, several things underneath car, front radar sensor and front facing camera. The owner Sam said it would be fixed like it was his car and it was. You’d never know anything ever happened. He and his crew did an amazing job calibrating sensor, camera and using only parts he thought were best, not always what insurance wanted. The office manager Dave dealt with our insurance to get everything covered so that we only paid our deductible.
Hope we never need them again but would only go there if we did.

“One of the coolest things about this place is that they will give out a coupon to new residents in the area to try and generate business but the stuff you can get with that coupon are pretty useful. For instance I got a brand new set of wiper blades for my car which would have cost me around $50 for free. So good for you Parts City. I appreciate the gift and I'll definitely be using your store for my future parts needs”

“Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the repair, the hood was ever so slightly off. The staff noticed it as well and would not accept my deductible until it was corrected, which I really appreciated. I brought the car back a few days later, and they had it fixed within an hour.
I’m not a big fan of paint blending, but realistically it’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t do it and will still stand behind their paint match. Time will tell on long-term quality, but so far everything looks good. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the staff.”
