“I contacted Ashley at Ben Lomand Internet when we moved to Crossville. No Service in our area. We waited 4 years for Ben Lomand Internet, while using ATT Samsung Galaxy A6 Hotspot. About 2 years ago I contacted Ben Lomand Internet again, and was informed that a bidding process was going to take place for the optic fiber right away to our area. Ben Lomand later received the bid for the right of way. About 9 months ago I talked to a fiber optic lineman working for Lomand Internet. He was installing the fiber optic and informed me it would be 6 to 8 months before Lomand could provide service. I contacted Ashley at Lomand again and was advised that it would still be a few months before service could be provided. Ashley placed me on a call list when service is available. On September the 19th Ashley called and advised that service will be available soon and she scheduled an installation date, and provided info to contact a company to have the fiber optic line ran from the pole to my home. What a great birthday gift. The best $$$ I ever spent for a service. Within a couple of days the installer completed the connection. He was able to use current wiring installed in the house to connect the router after installing the Internet brain in the garage. He connected the TV to the internet service, and as they say, the rest is history, albeit short history. We currently have 13-15 devices connected to Lomand Internet service including cell phones, tablets, Hydroponic Towers, security cameras, printer and doorbell. What a difference 4 years can make. After about 3 weeks of use, not a hitch, doesn't hiccup, doesn't burp doesn't drop devices and doesn't slow down. Great service, friendly, courteous and professional staff at all levels of contact. AND, thank you Ashley and admin staff for your patience and responses to my questions over the last 4 years, you all have been patient, understanding and outstanding; AND WE have Ben Lomand Internet! Thank you all for your professionalism and fine job you did for us, every time. We waited 4 years instead of attempting to get service through competitors due to our previous knowledge and experience with them. “I had a couple of upgrade offers that I had tried to use by following the online process in the app. Ran into a couple of issues, so I stopped in at the store in Crossville. Amanda helped with everything I needed and had me out the door with a new phone in no time. She explained everything in plain English, was very friendly and efficient. Told me about every option and did not hard sell any product or service. Couldn’t have asked for better service. When I walked in the place was pretty busy, but they had enough folks to take care of everyone pretty quickly. Very good experience.”
“The 2 times I've been in the store. The customer service was just wonderful. I was in there yesterday and the lady that and forgive me, I cannot put her name out there because I don't know what it was, but just as friendly and happy and very pleasant to talk to I still think the prices are stupidly expensive for a stupid phone. I'm not the biggest phone person, but of course, I think everything in the world is overly priced. So that's just me. The store was clean well stocked.”
