“I rented a 10x30x9 unit completely online,as I'm in the middle of moving from OK to TN. The process was fast,easy and transparent. I liked the offer of insurance to protect my belongs. The unit itself was clean, sealed and ready to use. It also came with 2 brand new complimentary locks and keys just inside the door. I also like the fact that this particular facility rents month-to-month,so when I find a permanent residence,I won't have a lease to finish and can move my stuff out immediately. Overall,I am very pleased with my rental choice and would definitely recommend this facility.”
“I have 2 units at the Hwy 127 south location.. Tiffany is always so very helpful, she is professional yet personable and always answers my questions n my concerns.. I recently had an issue n called, Tiffany was on vacation.. so I spoke with Ellie .. she helped me with my issue, however when I called back she didn’t remember speaking to me .. I received a message Tuesday afternoon and when I called to enquire about it and reminded her that we had spoken she didn’t recall it .. so I am very thankful that Tiffany is back, employees like Tiffany are what will keep customer’s loyalty, and will let customers recommend your business to others .. as I did this week.. unfortunately just as I was recommending A-1 Storage I received a message and as I was very disappointed in how I was treated, my niece decided otherwise because she was present n could hear my conversation.. I told her that Tiffany isn’t like that .. Tiffany is kind, courteous, represents the company completely while taking care of customer concerns.. She is a true asset to your company!”

“Very very helpful staff. Clean unit and they went way out of their way to make sure we had what we needed coming 12 hours out of town to do business with them. Another storage facility down the street could not be bothered and insisted on having paperwork filled out on site during the week. Everything was ready when we pulled in, signed the paperwork, saw the unit and paid the folks. If I could I would give them an extra star for the service and support...”
“If you are looking for indoor storage for your RV, Boat, Cars, etc …. Look no further!! The Fairfield Glade RV and Boat Storage exceeds our requirements. We have been storing our 30 ft RV in one of their 14’x50’ garages since they opened in the Spring of 2019 and have no intentions to look any further. The fenced facility is WELL LIT, easy to access through the secure gate, well maintained and conveniently located in Fairfield Glade TN. The owners are very friendly and are easily reachable. “They have nice clean units. My only complaint would be the gate that's build to be an automatic gate but you have to physically man handle it open. They try to keep it lubed up but sometimes it gets really hard to open. Other than that it's a great facility. I'm assuming that since its owned by a pest control company they spray around the units because I haven't been fighting off spiders everything I visit my unit like I do at the other place I rent from (different company). Recommended.”

“I rent trailers here regularly. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I'd give them 5 stars, but I strongly feel the owner needs make sure they get strong internet there so that they can serve the customers better. I usually rent online and go pick up, knowing that they have poor internet and just have patience.”
