“I just had an emergency need for a tire and a time crunch to go with it and they were the only one out of 5 places that could help! They were super kind and did everything they could to help ❤️
I'm from out of town but if needed would absolutely go back!”
“This is the place to go if you want tires! The owner is passionate about what he does and will give you more information than you ever knew existed about tire. He did wonders for me! He would give you the shirt off his back if you let him. He gave me a great deal on tires and I was in and out right before the snow storm and it couldn't have been better timing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs!”

“Tech did a awesome job and showed up fast! I wish I could remember his name to give proper credit. I had a steer tire blow out last night and was back rolling with a new tire and rim in just over 2 hours from time it blew out. He worked fast once he arrived. By far the absolute best experience I have had when dealing with a break down. Would most definitely recommend to anyone broke down in the area of Crossville, Tn!”
“Had a problem with one of our 5th wheel tires as we were driving down the interstate. Looked for closest tire shop and found Shadden. Their sister shop by the hospital had the tire we needed. The price was so good we just replaced the three old tires. They got us in and out in about an hour!”
“Eddie truly went above and beyond for me; he possesses a genuinely compassionate heart and an exceptional personality. I wish him nothing but joy and success, as he is deeply passionate and highly talented in his craft.”
“I found a small bolt in my tire this morning, quickly made an appointment with Shadden online (easy process BTW) and quickly ran over after work. First off, this is the second time I have had to use Shadden and let me just say they are always very welcoming from the time you step in the door, until you leave! I have always had a kind expereince with them, and quick service. I was only in the shop today for a little less than 30 mins, so turn around service is quick. Special shout out to John and Storm along with all of the Techs that worked on my car today. So thankful to have hometown hospitality in Crossville, TN!”

“The Best One for the best customer and mechanical service in Crossville. The store front and shop areas are impressively clean and serviceable. Best One is my go to when my tires fall flat.”
