After I got my truck back from the body work, I went back to Travis for a different need. Guys came out to look at the truck. It was a simple unplugged sensor. Offered to pay and he wouldn’t let me! Will be using Travis in the future!”

“I found a small bolt in my tire this morning, quickly made an appointment with Shadden online (easy process BTW) and quickly ran over after work. First off, this is the second time I have had to use Shadden and let me just say they are always very welcoming from the time you step in the door, until you leave! I have always had a kind expereince with them, and quick service. I was only in the shop today for a little less than 30 mins, so turn around service is quick. Special shout out to John and Storm along with all of the Techs that worked on my car today. So thankful to have hometown hospitality in Crossville, TN!”
“This is the place to go if you want tires! The owner is passionate about what he does and will give you more information than you ever knew existed about tire. He did wonders for me! He would give you the shirt off his back if you let him. He gave me a great deal on tires and I was in and out right before the snow storm and it couldn't have been better timing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs!”

“Well I can’t say I have bought a car from here, but, I stopped here when I had an alarm light going off in my car regarding my oil pressure and I was three hours from home with two small kids. The sales manager as well as the mechanic and other employee took a quick look to let me know what was going on without hesitation. They were so kind and just good people in general. I would definitely purchase a vehicle and feel confident as they clearly showed kindness to a total stranger. Thank you!”
“Had water coming in above my windshield on my RV. Replaced my windshield at another place and they pointed out some areas of rust that needed to be addressed by others. Chan's looked at it. Said it should have been taken care of before they installed the new windshield. But it was already done so they cleaned it up the best they could. They also found the overhang on the passenger side had come away needed to be secured. I also had them seal around the edge of the entire roof. It did take a few days to address but they have a wearhouse so they took my RV inside out of the rain to work on and let the sealant dry. It rained the next day after I picked it up and thank goodness there were no leaks. Though the caulk seemed to be put on a bit sloppy it did the job so it is what it is.”

“It took awhile for check in. They don`t have a dedicated garage attendant. He was responsible for the garage , auto and hunting check out areas . Walmart needs to address this . The installation went well and even had a small refund . I was good experience and I will try other auto services at the Crosssville Walmart.”

“Went in after going to a different shop that told me they couldn’t fix what they said was wrong with my car, within 45 minutes it was determined that wasnt the issue and the true problem was found and en route to be fixed, i dont know too much about cars so was on the phone with my dad most of the way, the nice man at the counter understood completely and took the time to talk to my dad and explain what was going on to him over the phone. Service was great and my cars driving like new again.”
