“I was driving from Atlanta to Richmond, KY, last Thursday afternoon when one of my tires suddenly began losing air. Luckily, I was near the Cleveland, TN, exit on I-75, so I pulled off and called AAA. In about 15 minutes, Joe from Norris Towing & Recovery arrived to save the day. He said my tire had picked up a large screw and I needed a patch, so he put on my spare and told me about a local tire shop that was still open (tire shops close early!). Then he offered to drive to NTB so I could follow him and find my way through Cleveland. Joe truly saved the day by working speedily and going way above and beyond to make sure a traveler was taken care of and soon back on her way. Thanks, Joe! You definitely made a stressful situation so much better!”

“They helped me when I was at my lowest. It was quick and they treated my car respectfully. They had a sweet dog named daisy that knew I was down and thay really helped out the mood”
“Had water coming in above my windshield on my RV. Replaced my windshield at another place and they pointed out some areas of rust that needed to be addressed by others. Chan's looked at it. Said it should have been taken care of before they installed the new windshield. But it was already done so they cleaned it up the best they could. They also found the overhang on the passenger side had come away needed to be secured. I also had them seal around the edge of the entire roof. It did take a few days to address but they have a wearhouse so they took my RV inside out of the rain to work on and let the sealant dry. It rained the next day after I picked it up and thank goodness there were no leaks. Though the caulk seemed to be put on a bit sloppy it did the job so it is what it is.”
“According to AutoZone there are only two fuel pumps compatible with my truck. They had one and their guy was able to take it off and present it to me in under an hour...a good usable fuel pump.... even though I didn't buy it (at a very fair price) due to some rust I would have to give them 5 stars!”

Such a nice young man and had multiple more after je got my car home safe. He will be out working all night as I'm he has all week since Crossville got hit last Sunday.
