“The Quality Inn in Dandridge, TN is awesome! Maggie at the front desk showed calm, compassion, listened, and helped me when I arrived in the middle of the night from another nearby hotel distressed. At the other hotel, the room booked was not as advertised. The only choice I was given for a refund was to leave in the middle of the night. I left. That left us in the car with no where to go. And I'm a senior. That's when I met Maggie at the Quality Inn. She helped me thru my options and educated me. I had to ask, but Priceline agreed to pay the additional cost difference between the original booking and the new booking. Because of how kind Maggie was to me in my time of need, I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. At Maggie's hotel the Quality Inn.

When I opened the door to my room, I was so happy. The room was more than expected. It looked brand new inside. I had to try breakfast later in the morning based on a conversation Maggie had with another guest and the awards the hotel has received. I was impressed again. The eggs were so fluffy. There were so many options to choose from.

I highly recommend and would not hesitate stay again.”

“I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews but after driving for 12 hours we just needed a warm shower and bed. The entire area was booked, so we took a chance and were pleasantly surprised. For the price point, yes the bathroom is in need of renovations. But the bed was very comfortable. Pillows could use upgrades. The hotel is one of the quietest we've ever stayed at. The room was comfortable and clean. It could use a deep clean, behind furniture ect needs a vacuum and bathroom walls need scrubbed. If the price point was lower, we would not hesitate to stay here again though. I'm guessing since it was a busy weekend the nightly rate was higher than usual. Definitely not a $200/night hotel.”

“Another great year at Douglas Lake!! Linda is like family and the Cabins feel like a second home! Always look forward to getting to Douglas lake TN. The lake was great this year, and we had a lot of fun boating and skiing! Already looking forward to next year.

“This Best Western Plus is older, but it mix up for it with the service and The view.
I have my small dog with me and they gave me a room that has a patio that walks right out into a grass area. Not only that, but my sliding glass door has a beautiful view of the mountains.
The room itself is comfortable. The beds are nice. The towels are plush and the lighting is good.
I was pleasantly surprised at my accommodations here.”

“Fills up on the weekend. Not close to the main part of town downtown Morristown but it's close to a cessing highway right into Knoxville.Traffic noise quiets down late in evenings after 11 pm. Housekeeping is very friendly they will get you fresh linen and are accommodating.”
