“Hotel was easily accessed from the highway. Not up to typical Best Western standards from our experience. Hotel was run down and had a damp feeling in the room. Pool was nice and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was well-supplied and tasty. OK for 1 night.”
“Fills up on the weekend. Not close to the main part of town downtown Morristown but it's close to a cessing highway right into Knoxville.Traffic noise quiets down late in evenings after 11 pm. Housekeeping is very friendly they will get you fresh linen and are accommodating.”

“I traveled to Knoxville for a funeral from Florida. I was stranded in Tennessee after a car accident on my way back to Florida and couldn't find a suitable place in Knoxville TN to stay, and traveled to Dandridge and stayed at the Quality Inn Dandridge TN. The accommodations were 100 times better than the horrible hotel I stayed in Knoxville, which used false advertising to lure me from another state to book a room. It was a nightmare in Knoxville and very beautiful at the Quality Inn Dandridge, 620 Green Valley Dr, Dandridge, TN 37725. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The continental breakfast was a great selection of fresh and delicious foods. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff was exceptional.”
