“This is everything I want from a hotel, but even cleaner and with friendlier service. The beds were super comfy, breakfast was great, parking was easy, and location is safe and perfect for a roadtrip/quick visit to the Pigeon Forge area. The elevators were down during our stay, which was really no big deal thanks to Randy. He was super accommodating, reaching out multiple times in advance via both email and text to let us know. We were offered a full refund or guaranteed a first or second floor room upon our arrival, which I really appreciated. My family has stayed here before, and we will be happy to return upon our next visit to the area!”

My room was clean, comfortably air-conditioned, and the bathroom vent fan actually worked—a small thing that makes a difference. I especially enjoyed the little patio outside the back door overlooking Buc-ee’s, Krystal, and the Flapjack restaurant, a view that brought back wonderful memories of family vacations.

The hotel is conveniently located less than a mile off I-40, making it an easy stop for travelers. This will definitely be my first choice the next time I’m passing through the area.”
