“Very polite and competent staff. Easy check in process. The lobby and grounds are terrific. My room was big and clean and well-lit. Comfortable bed with pristine sheets. Nice and quiet place; I feel safe here. Lots of free guides with things to do in the area. Nearby restaurants. I called downstairs to report my remote wasn't working and was told that someone will be right up. I called back in a minute to report that was a false alarm and that my remote was fine. It was me being technology challenged. The clerk was very kind and polite about it. I'm looking forward to breakfast.”

“Awesome service all the way around and a great view to boot! When I arrived Heather greeted me with a genuine "happy to see you smile" and was most helpful getting me the room I requested. Room was pleasantly appointed, very clean and the bed was comfy! A perfect stay in my book! Just off I-40 so it's an easy on/off from the interstate if you are just passing by and need a room overnight. I enjoyed the outside patio area with rocking chairs - it was a good spot to sit back and rewind from a long drive. The snacks/water set out in the room for a weary traveler was a nice touch! I can't say enough good about the staff and hotel in general except that I'll definitely be stopping by again on my next trip!”

“We have stayed at this hotel 3 or four times now and as I recall every stay has been just fantastic. This time was no exception. It is not right on top of I-40 so it is quieter than a lot of hotels. We were on the back side from the interstate this time so it was exceptionally quiet. The new pull down blackout shades are a huge upgrade from the old curtain style. Everything was clean, breakfast was good and plentiful.”

“Hotel lobby was very clean and nice. Staff was good. Room was clean. Beds are comfortable pillows could be better. Shower was very clean. Liked the grab bar. Bedding was a little rough feeling but clean. Room had no smell which is good. They should of painted before putting down the new floor. Air conditioner was stuck on and on one temperature couldnt adjust. I stayed in 106. There was no mirror in bathroom. The hotel was very hard to get to. Wendys was hard to get to. Parking was not easy. Overall pretty good stay for one night. If had to would stay again. I do hope they spray regularly for bugs. They were a few nat like things and a bug crawling on floor don't think it was a roach but don't know for sure. I saw no signs of bed bugs.”
