“This is everything I want from a hotel, but even cleaner and with friendlier service. The beds were super comfy, breakfast was great, parking was easy, and location is safe and perfect for a roadtrip/quick visit to the Pigeon Forge area. The elevators were down during our stay, which was really no big deal thanks to Randy. He was super accommodating, reaching out multiple times in advance via both email and text to let us know. We were offered a full refund or guaranteed a first or second floor room upon our arrival, which I really appreciated. My family has stayed here before, and we will be happy to return upon our next visit to the area!”

“A nearby hotel was overbooked and wouldn't honor my reservation. I found this hotel, and Tina at the front desk worked hard to help me out. The room was fine, price was great, parking was easy. Just be aware that you can really hear the nearby highway - it was generally white noise, which was great, but occasionally a truck would engine break, and it would wake me up. But overall, great value, nice clean rooms, great staff.”

“A nice hotel. It sucks that the microwaves have been removed in anticipation of converting to Spark. That is the dumbest thing not having microwaves in the rooms. I wont be staying at a Spark again. I want my microwave in my room. Not to walk, in the cold, to the breakfast area. I also think it is dumb to remove the waffle maker, the best thing about traveling. Days Inn has better amenities the Spark.”
“What a neat surprise housekeeping left for us as we entered the room. Far exceeds most of the other more expensive rooms we have stayed in. The warm welcome from the receptionist , the “gifts” and the nice clean room make us really glad we chose this motel. Thank you.”
