“I have banked with Ascend for many years. Nearly all my loans are with the bank and most of my loans are set up with auto pay. Over the weekend I visited the Winchester bank to refinance my vehicle and was met with a terrible attitude from the loan officer. As we were walking back to her office she made me feel as though I was an inconvenience even before we got started. I had come to the bank the day before and that visit was to follow up on what we were already working on but she didn’t listen and was basically telling me I was denied and she couldn’t help. I asked to speak to a manager and she just kept saying there’s nothing I can do. Well fast forward…I left there and went straight to the Tullahoma branch and was met with such kindness from the moment I stepped in the door. Immediately, Taylor King, did everything in her power to see that I was taken care of and never once made me feel unwanted. Despite what the woman at Winchester said her not being able to help…Taylor made the process easy and seamless (and I was not denied)! Based on my experience with Taylor, she is a great asset to Ascend FCU and I only wish she were at the Winchester branch so we would have a more professional experience! Thank you Taylor for your kind heart and we appreciate your help more than you will ever know!☺”
