“I have not needed their services in many years. However, several years ago they were a big help. I purchased a Silverado as my first truck, it was a lemon, to say the least. They rebuilt my transmission and I believe the transfer case. Walked me thru the impossible ordeal of installing a new TV cable a few months later and never had a problem answering questions. Good folks and I needed that back then, getting ripped off had already gotten old. It was expensive, but I put that truck thru hell, never had anymore drive train problem. Worked till the day I sold it. I highly recommend this place for any transmission problems.”

“I have a 2012 Dodge Charger that started having issues with shifting up and shifting down. I took it to three different locations and all three told me a different story about the transmission and said a needed a new one with a cost of over $8000.00. Being a single woman and not knowing a thing about vehicles and decided to talk to my neighbor about it and see what my options might be. He suggested I take it to Jim Clement and see what his thoughts were. My neighbor said he was the best and I could trust him the be truthful with me. I drove it in today 2/16/2024. Mr. Jim was most helpful and explained in detail what was going on. I didn’t need a new or rebuilt transmission all I needed was a factory reset! What a relief it was to hear this news. I was in and out in 30 minutes and price was fair! Drives like a dream! So thankful I was recommended to Mr. Jim! “We saw a Jeep the Friday before New Years and called the dealership. Since we live over an hour away I spoke with Tina Mosier and asked if she would hold it until the next day after New Years. I spoke to her again and filled out all the finance paperwork then headed that way. When we got there she had the Jeep sitting out front and was super detailed!The finance went a little slow because they had computer issues but all in all a good experience!The dealership then UPS overnighted the license plates once they came in.Good job!”
