From Clement Railroad Hotel Museum
Here at the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum, we educate and provide events for the community, give tours throughout the museum, provide membership to visitors, offer venue rental and are a visitor center right at the heart of Dickson.
The Clement Railroad Hotel Museum (located within the old Hotel Halbrook), was constructed in 191, and has operated as solely a museum since 2009. The Museum explores the history and heritage of Dickson County and Middle Tennessee through permanent and temporary exhibits relating to the railroad, iron industry, commerce, the Civil War, the Civil Rights Movement, and the accomplishments of Tennessee Governor Frank G. Clement (who was born at the site on June 02, 1920).
