“When I went there for a box spring one of the ladies was helpful on helping me pick which one I wanted. She helped me put it ontop of my car. They offered me string to tie it the roof of my vehicle. No, they didn't help me tie it down. But atleast they gave me something to tie it down with! ?”

“Pretty decent deals. It's what you would expect for a Ross. I used to find better items but nowadays, I find myself walking in, looking around, and leaving empty handed. Quality of products has definitely gone down a bit in the last couple years - a lot less sale items than there used to be”
“This particular Walmart has had issues with poor customer service, a lack of stock on shelves and a loss-prevention system that enables thieves and punishes loyal shoppers (the abundance of locked displays for instance). The auto center is the worst I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing, which is a shame since Walmart is the go-to tire store for many people. The problems with the greenway and the people that occupied it were often pointed it as the cause of many of Walmart's problems. And it was, but things really got worse more than they got better for a while after that camp was moved. Having said all that, they are finally starting to turn things around. They seem to have more employees on hand, and the ones that are there seem to care a bit more. They might finally after several incarnations be getting the self checkout under control, but the jury is still out because we've been tricked on that before. Just to point out, the five stars are for my last trip and that trip only, I do believe they are getting better so hopefully this rating is the start of a trend. We will have to see just how low that ceiling is moving forward...
I'll close with a mention of this locations best attribute: the pharmacy team! They really are a cut above the rest; not just other Walmart's, but most competing pharmacies. They care about their job and their customers, And don't mind letting you know it! They are swamped much of the day, most of the days And yet most at work there are quick with a smile and slow to frustrate. Been our pharmacy for at least 6 years now, and I don't remember a day when it wasn't that way.
Keep it up Walmart, you finally earned a decent score... But these stars are soft, and it's going to take work to keep them there...”
