“I Bought a bench top sandblast cabinet from the Hopkinsville Kentucky store. Got home and inside the box I found the cabinet was beat up. The Hopkinsville store did not have another one to exchange. I called the Dickson Tennessee store. They had one to exchange and was very nice over the phone. Went there talked to a woman name Juliette she took care of the whole transaction, was in and out in about 15 minutes no issues. Will probably go back to that store versus the Hopkinsville store since Clarksville Tennessee does not have a harbor freight.”

“I took my houseplans to Stewart Builder Supply and a young man named Derrick Lynch helped me. He took plenty of time with me. No rushing. He gave me sage advice and showed me so many samples. He advised me on quality and how to be budget friendly. I could not ask for a better customer experience. Plus, they're local; no expensive freight bills from Nashville to Dickson.”

“We use Lowes next day delivery or same day pick up often and have always had a wonderful experience. We ordered over 100 items to be delivered this past Saturday and realized after driver left, the 10 bags of concreate didn't make it on the truck. With 3 of us helping to unload, no one double checked until we noticed we didn't have it a few minutes after the driver left. No biggie, we went to the store and they didn't know how to handle it and gave us a few numbers to call. I did have to reach back out after a few days of not hearing from them but Adam, the store manager, took care of everything immediately and professionally! He is refunding our delivery fee and personally delivering the 10 bags of concrete later today! WE have nothing negative to say about the delivery driver( third party company) or Lowes! It was an honest mistake. Stuff happens and how a business handles it says a lot! Adam is top notch and went above and beyond to make things right!”
