“I just wanna say it’s the Friday before Christmas and they were stocked, clean and friendly. On top of that I was at the back of the line and checkout only took 5 minutes if that with only 2 cashiers open. Best experience at Ross I’ve had.”
“GREAT customer service. I ordered some terracotta hanging pots for my yard, but due to a miscommunication between their supplier and M&E, I was sent the wrong size pots. I contacted M&E, and Karen got right on it. She worked with the supplier, who indicated they could not provide the size pots we wanted. Karen immediately processed a full refund, told us to keep the incorrect pots, and apologized for the mistake. When I find a company like M&E that goes out of its way to make things right for a customer when there was a mistake, I know I have found a company I will continue to work with. Kudos to Karen for taking care of us so well. I highly recommend M&E”

“AMAZING PLACE! Most sellers have great prices and unique items. The only issue I saw was the seller “Luxe” who buys SHEIN clothes you can get from SHEIN for $4 and sells the clothes for $20+.
Minus that ONE seller, I had a great experience”
