You can never get anyone on the phone you have to go in and usually there is short of tellers and a long wait.

It's great to have all those atms.... As well as the one behind the double doors on the inside however it makes no sense to have that 1 and lock the doors after Hours when the ones outside are not working properly

I've banked at 3 other banks in dickson, over the last 2 yrs regions has been top notch, super friendly,helpful and I've never had a single issue. Friends ha e had fraud issues there and they took care of it extremely quick. I would definitely recommend dickson regions
