“I would like to take a minute and recognize you awesome employee that went out of his way to fix our bus so we could continue our girls trip. His name is Robert, he sold us an alternator 7/10 and he meet with us the next morning to put it on for us. He didn't have to do that but he did. He knew that we were on a girls trip and hours from home and we needed help. He had the alternator changed/replaced in like 30 minutes. I hope AutoZone recognizes him for going above and beyond.
