“I just bought a 2025 Nissan kicks today from James Chism. I went there at 8 am and he had me sold and back home by 9:15 am. He was amazing. He told me to come back at 5 and he would go over the car with me because I had to get to work. I went back and he showed me everything on that car! He even said if I needed anything explained again to call him and he would be happy to help me! The Financial dept was easy and I saw Rachel Anderson there in accounting! It was truly a pleasure dealing with them today!”
“On the road from Texas, My check engine light came on and a transmission warning service message, Transmission will not shift soon. I took my 2023 1500 diesel in on Thursday morning 8-28-2025, to the service department and (Bubba) my service advisor checked the truck and told me my transmission control module was bad. Bubba went to work tracking down a replacement and found one in Georgia. Neither he or I were optimistic about a quick fix. I was supposed to leave for Texas on Sunday and go home. I left the dealer with Bubba hard at work trying to get me back on the road. I did not expect to see my truck again for about a week. 9 am on Friday morning Bubba called me and said it was ready. He got them to overnight the part and had it installed and first thing Friday morning. He didn't know me from Adam but was so concerned about getting back on the road . This man has great customer service skills and really took care of me. What a great service experience. I hope they really understand how much I appreciate what they did for me. Thank you again Bubba.”

They saved me from a horrible situation and I was able to drive 700 miles that day without issue. They were incredibly friendly and if I am ever need of service again in Dyersburg, this is where I am going first. Thank you.”

“Tl;dr: Had a great experience and was lucky to get help from Ruben and Cael here while experiencing a mid-roadtrip leaking tire.
My experience:
Picture this: you’re 200- something miles into your first big trip with your new camper and new (to you) 2500. Everything’s going smoothly until BAM! Low tire pressure light comes on. No big deal. You pull over, check your tires, fill them up with your portable compressor because you thought you had all your bases covered, and you get back on the road. Too easy.
WRONG. It comes back on 2 exits down the highway later. You check your trucks monitoring screen and your front passenger side tire is dropping faster than my grades in college near the end. Shit. You’re not in a familiar area and you don’t know what to do. You google search “tire shop near me” and call the guys over at Master. Ruben picks up, tells you to come on in. He and Cael get you taken care of swiftly and are insanely helpful with advice on what tires to buy moving forward. Oh and it was affordable which is great considering the urgency.
And on the way out the door, he noticed an issue with our distribution hitch that the dealer installed and fixed it on the spot.
If that’s not top notch customer care, I don’t know what the hell is.

“My AC quit working in my car. I heard great things about Pease Auto, so I decided to go to them. My car has over 312,000 miles with all original AC components. They cleaned the lines several times and replaced the compressor, orffice tube, and condenser at a good price. The AC hasn't worked this good, since I bought in new in 2006. I will use for my future auto repairs and I definitely recommend them.”

“So Start to finish will handle all my Jeep work. They did the 2.5 inch lift, 35 inch tires, running boards. They take the time.to make sure you get the exact rith thing you need. I had a running board I liked but after talking to the guys behind the counter he told me that they were basically what I had and would not help me. He showed me one with an actual drop step on it so I could get in the Jeep easier. Also Adam the owner spent an hour one night in the Lowes parking lot with me looking at my Jeep and his Jeep helping me see what tire combo would work on mine. When I added the tires they thought they heard a rubbing sound so rather than send it out any way they took it back into the shop and made sure it was 100% correct before they would let it go. Over all one of the best shops I have ever had do work for me .”
