We came in to do quite a bit of shopping and, unfortunately, the credit card system froze during checkout. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a very long one because of a technical issue that was completely out of her control.

Through the entire ordeal, Ms. Sue remained patient, kind, and incredibly professional. She spent a long time on the phone with the help desk trying to get everything resolved, kept reassuring us that they would figure it out, and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.

To top it off, we had our tired 2-year-old and 1-year-old with us, who were more than ready to go home by the end of the transaction. Even with two fussy little ones nearby and a stressful situation unfolding, Ms. Sue stayed calm, compassionate, and so understanding.

It’s rare to find someone who handles a frustrating situation with that much grace and genuine care for their customers. Employees like Ms. Sue are exactly why people come back to a store. Thank you for turning what could have been a very frustrating experience into one that reminded us how much excellent customer service still matters.”
