“This is another must stop shop for me while I’m in town. I love the trendy selection of items that they offer. The store is always displayed beautifully. I find myself often circling back to make sure I don’t overlook something. I have noticed that I am not typically greeted and educated on new products that just arrived. I am a shopper that doesn’t like to be hassled while shopping but I do always appreciate a quick greeting and a product knowledge rundown of new items. It prompts shoppers to purchase something they may have not known they needed/wanted.”

“I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the outstanding customer service we received from Ms. Sue.
We came in to do quite a bit of shopping and, unfortunately, the credit card system froze during checkout. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a very long one because of a technical issue that was completely out of her control.
Through the entire ordeal, Ms. Sue remained patient, kind, and incredibly professional. She spent a long time on the phone with the help desk trying to get everything resolved, kept reassuring us that they would figure it out, and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we left happy.
To top it off, we had our tired 2-year-old and 1-year-old with us, who were more than ready to go home by the end of the transaction. Even with two fussy little ones nearby and a stressful situation unfolding, Ms. Sue stayed calm, compassionate, and so understanding.
It’s rare to find someone who handles a frustrating situation with that much grace and genuine care for their customers. Employees like Ms. Sue are exactly why people come back to a store. Thank you for turning what could have been a very frustrating experience into one that reminded us how much excellent customer service still matters.”

I used to get Big Box retailer shoes and tried here. the service was friendly and helpful the boots i purchased still are holding up like new even after 40 miles of walking. (the big box 79 dollar ones wouldnt have lasted half this long.) if you want quality outdoor gear that will last give Vincent a try”
