“We had the worst luck on Friday the 13th! While travelling from St. Louis to Mobile, AL, we broke down shortly before Dyersburg.We called Russom's directly to rescue us and were so pleased! Friendly customer service from start to finish - our driver took us (and the car) to the automotive shop we requested. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair the car, Russom's gave the mechanic a second tow in our car back to the shop. “A wheel flew off my trailer in the middle of the night. It sheered the lug bolts off so I couldn’t put a spare on. They answered my phone call at 4 AM, had the equipment to haul my large trailer with Can-Am inside, and had me up and running before noon. I was very pleased with the fast response and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!”
