I called several cities away to ask if someone could help my mother upgrade an set up a new phone & David that works there went absolutely above and beyond to help my mother set up everything she needed when I couldn't be there to help her. So very thankful for his awesome customer service today. She isn't tech savvy and was worried about the process an he made it all a breeze this guy definitely deserves the recognition. Thank u so much David! you're awesome! We will make sure to back because of his great service.

Unfortunately with the previous Manager leaving the customer service has been horrible here. The reps have no knowledge on much of anything here anymore. If your going to hire new people then they need to be given proper training and be able to give great customer service and understand your needs as well as answering your questions. I love Cricket service just not the poor customer service and care.

The manager Chris at the elizabeton store I excellent. Answered all questions, helped me with y issues and was extremely professional. I'd rate him 6 stars if I could.

Have been with them awhile. However I made my payment and they suspended service and now trying to charge a reconnect fee which is fraudulent. I have tried to contact them to get them to fix their mistake but have not been successful in doing so and left no choice but to file the necessary paperwork

I met the new manager Celina Ortiz she’s great and she has went beyond for me and my husband! She’s a treat to have and cricket made a great choice for the Elizabethton location. This store now is running fast and smooth. Come by and ask for Celina she always goes above and beyond! Never had a bad experience!!!
