“We’re from out of town and went there today. Amazing customer service and everyone was very personable and helpful. We’ve been meaning to try the dog bath area but 2 other locations were so dirty we didn’t want to even walk in. We brought our own shampoo/combs etc. but they have stuff available to use.We go to TSC often but never signed up until today. Anywho, great location and service :)”

“We were at the linear trail in Erwin with a dead battery in cold weather. An employee helped us, got our car started and would not accept any money for his effort. I wish I knew his name, but I don't. Don't ever let him go, Ace. He is a gem!”
