I forget the new stylists name, but she was very sweet and accommodating, and did a nice blow out. If you haven't been here in a while, I suggest giving it a try. I will go from now on. P.S. My most recent visit to Pennys in West Town Mall was a bit chaotic. Everything was in the midst of re-order and update.
I was disappointed to see that the bathroom had been neglected.
But my hope is that this was all just the results of the transition and that by now they have things back in order and they will be the store that I love again.”

“I have been coming here for about 6 months. I have natural hair that is soft and easily damaged by heat styling. I like coming here because there's a true family atmosphere. The place is clean and the vibe is upbeat. Sasha is a wonderful stylist who truly takes care of my hair.
It is easy to make appointments online. The computer time estimates online tend to err on the low end. Add at least 30 mins to 1 hour more beyond the time listed for your services online.”
