Beware of purple tags, let the checkout know if something has a purple sale tag otherwise they'll charge you regular price then it's a big headache to get your money back because purple tags aren't returnable. Wasted an extra hour of my time because I was overcharged and they had to correct it

I like jcpenney but you can never find anyone to help you. I know businesses are having trouble getting help these days but how can you shop if you can't get someone to help you?
