“I had an amazing experience getting my new mini bulldog puppy from Madelynn at Petland Knoxville! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made sure I felt confident about bringing my puppy home, and genuinely cared about matching me with the right dog.
The store was clean, the staff was welcoming, and you can tell Madelynn is passionate about what she does. My puppy is healthy, happy, and has already become an amazing addition to my family. “My wife and I have been in the store several times in the past few months trying to find anything and everything we can for our cat that has cancer. We finally found a food that she devours. Our cats been scratching a raw spot and the associate recommended a spray that seems to help. All the while we've been dealing with my father in law who was diagnosed with cancer and was immediately put on hospice. The young lady was very sympathetic for our cat and father as she too lost her mother recently. Time after time we come in and she recognized us and asked how we were and our family. We truly appreciate the kindness and sincerity. I will update when I get her name but she knows who she is.. Thank You”

“Went there to get a huge tank and some bird snacks. Didn’t know which snacks were best unlike walmart or other stores the employee sat there and read through all the ingredients and compared the two! Then while loading the massive tank they were absolutely the best; helped load it in the best way for travel with a smile on their face. 10/10 customer service 10/10 store 100% burning all my money there from now on!”

“My dog Cortez needed one nail trimmed that he wouldn't let me touch. I took him to Petsmart and they clipped it in a millisecond. So fast and effective, he didn't have time to be mad. I bought him some churros for being a good boy.”
“Staff was friendly and gave speedy service. However they only had one brand of Chinchilla dust. If you're going to this location for chinchillas or small animals the product selection is small.”

“The grooming is awesome! They are timely and get our dog smelling great in no time at all. Very satisfied with their service. Don’t love the parking situation. They do sometimes take a while to be available to get your dog but they are always doing a good job.”
