I would have to give them 4 stars from past experiences with employees unable to charge correctly and lack of knowledge but they seem to have made some changes recently and their customer service is improving! Keep it up guys! We come here just about once per week for some of the animals needs'.

The training program has been good so far. The trainer is knowledgeable and friendly and answers all our questions. Currently there are only two puppies in the class which is a big advantage as overcrowded sessions are likely not as productive.
