I was not having a good day with a water damaged mobile phone. The repair shop recommended the Farragut Spectrum for my convenience. I was greeted by Ron Parkinson. He was very knowledgeable and professional and turned a bad day into a blessing.
Everytime I speak to anyone through the Spectrum Network they keep me as a customer. They are courteous and friendly.
Spectrum will always have my business.

This review is about spectrum in general, not the particular office closest to us. The only reason they get any stars is because when the Internet worked, it had good speed. Other than that, watch your bills carefully - I think they count on people autopaying and never looking at the details (guilty!). I was being charged for 2 services totaling over $80 that we 1) didn’t even know we had, and 2) obviously never used. Supposedly it was a “bundle offer” from when I signed up, but I never agreed to a bundle. Also, we lost service a LOT over the past 3 years, so we decided to go with a provider who offers fiber.
I highly recommend taking a shot of your favorite alcoholic beverage if you call them to disconnect service! Took THREE phone calls - each offering me a different rate to stay and blatantly not wanting to take “no” for an answer. One rep even tried to bully me into staying! Completely uncalled for. I know these folks are just doing their jobs, but the entire disconnection process was EXTREMELY stressful (which is the last thing I need more of).
I do NOT recommend.

R. was very helpful. He was professional, he listened and took care of my concerns, and as I was waiting I noticed how efficient and polite and professional he was with handling others that would come in with problems. I will definitely return to this store.
