“We had a wonderful experience today at the Walker Springs location. I called ahead to see what the wait was and to ensure I had the correct address. I hope I get this right, I’m horrible with names. I think his name was Ethan. Answered the call. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that he would be on the lookout for my car and he did. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us. We went in for an alignment but my car needed 2 new tires. I had planned on getting them elsewhere after calling around for prices. However, Ethan worked with us and was able to get us affordable tires so that I could drive away safely. He made sure to mention that safety was their top priority. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. They were under construction and very busy but still managed to provide amazing customer service. AND it was pouring rain. Great job, team!”

“Watch them CLOSE. They tried to balance a defective tire with 44 weights on my rim and sent me out the door with a "everything balanced out good" reply when I asked. The manager said inexperience was to blame which I can understand. We all start out at one point inexperienced, but normally you have more experienced guys overseeing the new guys (not at this place). Came back and waited another 45 minutes to get the defective tire replaced only to return home and notice a 1 foot long gouge in the side of my vehicle with white paint embedded in the gouge right where the white handled jack was. More inexperience or retaliation? I will let you be the judge.”
