I think his name was Ethan. Answered the call. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that he would be on the lookout for my car and he did. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us. We went in for an alignment but my car needed 2 new tires. I had planned on getting them elsewhere after calling around for prices. However, Ethan worked with us and was able to get us affordable tires so that I could drive away safely. He made sure to mention that safety was their top priority. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. They were under construction and very busy but still managed to provide amazing customer service. AND it was pouring rain. Great job, team!”
