And some of them just stand in your way as if they are the only ones in there or they park their cart right out in your way and walk off to go look at something. It's a circus constantly. Please build another Costco close by to help alleviate the large crowds”
“I’m so glad you dont need a membership to shop here. I was looking for Rich’s soft top since Dutch Bros wont sell you a carton of their softtop and on Amazon they come in a pack of 12. This store is very similar to “Smart N Final” that we had back in California. The items are in huge bulk especially spices. The employee there was also super sweet. Will definitely come back. Prices are very reasonable for what you get.”

“Moved to the area from out of state. We were frequent bj wholesale members because our local sams club closed and Costco was too far. Now we are closer to a Costco and we are missing our bjs we opted to get a membership. The employees were very nice and not pushy to upgrade which I found refreshing. She gave us all the information and let us decide. We saw they had furniture for sale this week.. so we decided to go check it out. We ended up buying a sectional for a really good price. My husband ended up lifting it, putting it on the cart and bringing it to the cashier. When he went to load said furniture into our truck we had an employee offer his help unprompted. Amazing customer service.”
“10/10 easy! the pharmacy app (SAMS app), the pharmacist, and pharmacy techs are always so helpful and nice. Before SAMS pharmacy I had to jump through hoops and in many cases sacrifice my dignity to get my medications. I typically had to announce my meds in front of several people (both workers and customers) and I could never get a clear answer on price, availability, or pickup time. When I did receive an answer they were annoyed. With SAMS pharmacy on Walbrook Drive (Knoxville Tennessee) the pharmacy employees have changed my outlook on dealing with pharmacies and receiving my medications. Navigating the American healthcare system can be a tedious and nuanced endeavor. This pharmacy is a small breath of fresh air and compared to my previous experiences they are enjoyable to work with.”

“Where else are you getting a hotdog and fountain drink for $1.64 with tax and within 3 minutes. Granted you just spent $200 minimum, but you likely have that much in change in your pocket.”
“They have 3 kind of progressive lenses to choose from. I don't see well thru the lenses available at the other membership store.. They only have one to choose from and it's polycarb? Vs plastic , which is what they used to have and what I can see out of. I give then credit.. They took the glasses back but I had more choice at Sam's and the cost was the same.”

One tip for other shoppers: the online reservation system can be a bit tricky. My initial appointment was set for two weeks out, but I received an email saying the tires had arrived earlier than expected. Since I couldn't reschedule online, I visited the tire station in person, and the friendly staff managed to move my appointment to that same afternoon!
The installation took about 1.5 to 2 hours as estimated, which was perfect timing to get my grocery shopping done. Despite the minor inconvenience with the online booking system, the professional service and quality of work will definitely bring me back here for my future tire needs.”
