I had car trouble on I840E and Mr. Billy Church came to my rescue in 20 minutes. He ensured that we were safe at all times, and very courteous to see that we were taken care of after delivering us to the Dealership in Columbia TN. Very thankful for this towing company.

After having her car towed my 20 yr old daughter informed me that the guy towing her was "stalking" her. That's right, she used the word stalking. The man towing her was completely inappropriate, saying "flirtatious" things and even going with her inside the auto shop, sitting next to her and "tickling" her. Even the gentleman at the auto shop counter was bothered by the behavior. This is abhorrent, and now my daughter is fearful of being followed or stalked at home. Unacceptable.Service: Car towing

We hired Advantage Towing to pick up our car from the roadside. When doing so, the tow driver bent the tie rods. After weeks of going back and forth with them, they agreed to come get the car from the repair shop and fix the tie rods. We found out today from Kia that it was NEVER fixed. I called the office to speak with the owner and was told they weren't there. I asked their names and was told they couldn't give that information out. I asked who I was speaking with and was hung up on. TERRIBLE service. We will be filing a lawsuit for the cost of the undone repairs.

So Kind and helpful!You know when you have an accident and have to get a tow it's a stressful situation. When I told them they had my car from my teen daughter getting in an accident, the first thing they asked is how is was doing... It warmed my heart. Racks a bill for crash victims so they can claim legal right to thousands of dollars for vehicle accidents. They claim they aren't trying to rob you while racking a bill to take from your insurance company; and act like they want to help while just seeing dollar bills from tragedy.

Called them to tow my truck at 10:45am. Waited around for this guy who said it would only be 15 or 20 minutes. Well 11:45 rolls around and I call them. They tell me they had another call they had to take for the state. Which is understandable if it was a 911 call. Never the less no one called me to tell me that it was going to be more time that they had a 911 call. So at 11:45 I called and he told be everything and they would be on his way in about another 15 to 20 minutes. I call them at 12:05 because they are still not here to pick up my truck. Dude tells me he's right down the road I'll be there. I wait another 20 minutes and I call and tell the guy like y'all have been really screwing me over that I need this truck towed. Well the driver starts to get an attitude and yells in the phone I TOLD YOU I WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES. Well by this point it's 12:25. Their shop from my location is 21 minutes away. I've been here since 10:45 waiting on this guy and with alot of attitude on the phone. So I tell my GF whose with me if he's not here by 12:45 I'm leaving. 12:46 rolls around and I call the guy to forget it. Now after waiting 2 hours ,you would expect some empathy. I was cussed out on the phone because I wouldn't wait for him cause he was "right down the road" , so another tow company name Processers was there in 15 minutes and had my truck towed for less $$

Absolutely the best towing service around! My husband and I broke down on our way home from Alabama with a trailer in tow. We were still 60 miles from home and no other towing service on Franklin hand the equipment or willingness to help us. Advantage towing made it to us within thirty minutes of our call and drove us all the way to Lebanon, TN and dropped our trailer at our home then took us back into town and dropped the car to our regular mechanics lot. We were exhausted after a long weekend of work out of state, but the assistance this gentleman provideded was certainly above and beyond! Thank you again...

Chris and Danny do a wonderful job.They have towed vehicles ranging from classic Corvettes to 1 ton trucks and always without incident. Keep up the great work!
