So my daughter was shopping for some pants for winter and we needed jeans but also her favorite.... sweatpants. We tried on a couple. But ultimately she like the pink ribbed sweater pants. Shes a size 20-22 in kids but a size small-m if they stretch in adults. Or a size XL-XXL in adults if it doesn't stretch. Well these pants have so much stretch it was CRAZY. ALSO they were all soooooooo sooooffffttttt. She wants to come back and get about 5 more pairs. The staff was helpful. We needed the pink pair we bought and they went to go get it in the back of the store for us. Also my daughter loved the dressing rooms. Very beautiful.

I bought jewelry and it went bad within two weeks and I didn’t even get water on them. An expensive charm necklace and bracelet. The front desk said they wouldn’t tarnish for a while either so just don’t get jewelry from here people.

Got rid of their plus size section and went online only. I guess plus size people don’t get to try on clothes before buying anymore. They were literally the only store that I loved to shop at.

Usually when I shop at stores like these that often tailor to smaller bodies I am often times left to my own devices, and since the removal of Arula I felt especially out of place. The other night when I went to try on some clothes from the clearance section Jackie was the most helpful to me out of everyone in the store, she took the time to know what I was looking for, helped me pilfer through the clearance section for exactly what I wanted, got clothes down for me, and made me feel wanted in an environment where I feel so out of place. Thank you so much for your help and recommendations, I wouldn’t have found what I needed without you!!

I had the privilege of being helped by Bron today. He was the most positive, friendliest, and kindest person I have encountered in a while. He was a breath of fresh air with his positive attitude, and he was able to assist me with answering questions and quick problem solving. I greatly appreciated his presence today, and keep being you Bron!! Thank you!!

I felt the need to leave a review after my amazing & eventful experience today! I was back to school shopping, and my card declined which has never happened before (my bank froze my card bc they thought someone stole my card and went on a shopping spree haha) and I was embarrassed and felt so bad. The ladies checking me out were so sweet and helpful and made me feel less of a burden! To make matters worse my phone died as I was sorting out my card and one of the ladies offered to charge my phone for me. They could of easily said I’m sorry that sucks but they gave their time to help me, and problem solved! A girl named Alexis was also very sweet and helped me while I was shopping! I want to say thank you so much and I’d definitely recommend going here! :)

I had a wonderful experience, on Tuesday, looking for an outfit for family pictures! Jules and Sarah were so helpful and treated with VIP service! Great customer service is so hard to come by these days and they knocked it out of the park! I look forward to my next shopping trip to AS!!!

All the girls are lovely stayed a whole thirty minutes after closing to help me find my prom dress love them all big thank you to Maddison most all for helping me pick out the right dress!
