I have a vision disability and the regional manager has gone so far above and beyond to accommodate me and my unique needs, I can’t believe it. Many of us with “invisible disabilities” end us being side-stepped. Sandy made me a priority and I’m very grateful. The gym is just right and the people who go there are great too.

I signed up online to make an appointment to tour the gym and get a 7 day free pass. I received multiple confirmation texts of my date and time, and a confirmation email. I showed up at my confirmed time and since the building is locked from the outside and only accessible for members who have a fob, I was locked out. I tried knocking on the door and calling the gym several times, but no one answered, even though it was during staffed hours, not during their afternoon break, and at the time Nathaniel was supposed to meet me for the tour. I waited for 10 minutes and just left. I ended up joining a different gym that is also 24 hours with a different fob system that is much better.

This is not a real gym - no barbels - HUH? And cancel membership is a PITA! I'm going to be traveling for work and not near any gym. They refuse to answer my calls and going there to talk, they tell me their 'boss' is in a meeting - EVERY TIME. DO NOT JOIN!

This is my primary gym but I am currently shopping around because the equipment needs to be updated and the place is always dirty. Never staffed so I think the management sucks and don't really care about the client. Been trying to complain to corporate for a couple weeks now.

Do not join. They will delete your account by “accident “ when you are on a month to month , and make you rejoin to cover for their mistake. Then if you move and ask to cancel they say no problem. Only to turn you over to collections for not paying. Equipment in disrepair. Find a more reputable gym.

Slowly falling apart - This used to be one of the best Anytime Fitness locations, but the owners seem to be on permanent vacation as one machine after another breaks down and remains broken for months. Machines are not maintained and staff fail to be there when the sign says they will. I give it 3 stars because of the machines left that still work.

If you want to get scammed you should sign up for a membership at this gym. I went 5 days a week for 4 years to this gym. There was a change in ownership that unfortunately was not seamless and the place became disgusting. They fired the cleaner and the trash was always full, the paper towels always ran out, there wasn't cleaner to wipe equipment down, there was even a dead bug smeared on the floor for over 3 weeks. Due to the uncleanliness of the place - I decided to cancel my membership & went to a different (much cleaner) gym in town. I was told over the phone that I needed to go to the gym when they were staffed because they needed me to fill out paperwork - which I did. 4 and a half months go by and I realize after checking my online banking - they never stopped charging my account each month. I called them to get my money back and was informed that they couldn't find my signed cancellation form therefore, there is nothing they can do for me. How convenient for them to "lose" my paperwork so that they don't have to give back the money they have stolen from me the last 4 and A half months. Yes, I should have checked my online banking before now, but I also trusted that they had done the right thing and canceled my membership after I filled out the paperwork. They are not willing to work with me and pretty much told me I'm screwed. I hope whoever took that money really needed it more than I do and that they can sleep well at night.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Canceled membership 3 months ago and still getting contacted from billing company. Even they can’t get in contact with anyone in charge at this location. And this is after I printed out and hand delivered copies of cancellation emails to them that they had sent me! Poorly staffed. Poorly maintained. And far too expensive for what’s offered.

Joined in June 2021. Was happy with management and my trainer. Then they sold and new owners took over as of July 1st or so. Gym has had no onsite management for over two months. They stopped the regular cleaning service trash cans are typically full, paper towel dispensers in the gym and bathrooms are typically out. Spray bottles for wiping down equipment are virtually non-existent and floors go un-vacuumed. I work out between 8:30AM and 10AM and never see any staff onsite. I've wanted to cancel training (30 days notice) but there has never been anyone around when I'm there so, it's made it difficult. Called and left messages, but no one returns calls. Hopefully, they will get their act together and start cleaning this place up.

I cannot get these people to stop charging the credit card for my sons account.In January 2022 my son left for boot camp in the Marines. I stopped by and talked to someone. He said we could pause the *no contract* membership for a few months and he would refund 2 of the charges. The refund never came, but whatever.On Aug 8, I saw a new charge. I sent them an email. No response.On Aug 22 I was charged again. I tried calling and texted a number that had texted me before. No response.During this time I went to the gym during staffed hours. No one was there.On Aug 29th I sent a certified return receipt letter with a copy of the POA to end the membership ($7.85 to send). It was returned.On Sept 6th I went back to the gym and spoke to a guy who couldn't help with memberships but I left a copy of the letter and POA with him and he said he would pass it on.On Sept 6th I emailed the contact on a sign in the gym and received confirmation it would be handled.On Sept 19 I see another pending charge.So they've taken $132 from someone who is serving our country and cannot physically make it to the gym.I'm finally doing chargebacks with my bank because I cannot think of any other way to get these people to stop.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! this place is disgusting, dirty, broken equipment and definitely not worth the membership price/fee at ALL! do not go here! There's so many better gyms in the area that are cheaper and cleaner and more maintained.

The people who run this location seem to mainly absent. I've tried going to the gym 3 separate times during "staffed hours" to get a free trial pass and no one is there (once with a confirmed time to meet up). Honestly looks like a decent gym, but generally speaking if a gym isn't staffed right, the quality could deterioate over time. Called up other Anytime Fitness gyms and the staff respond during normal staffing hours...
