We entered the store and it took more than 15 minutes for some seller to look at our face, when finally one looked, he told us to wait in a corner of the store, they don't follow the order of service and it seems that they are paid more to chat than to sell, I already knew the model I wanted just wanted to arrive and buy, but they made me wait for an hour, while many sellers were doing nothing, it's insane the bad service and the lack of management

Go to Greenhills instead To avoid sitting around for an hour while people tell you to go to this person and then that person and then that table while half the employees walk around with iPads. I’ve never tried so hard to spend $1000 in my life…and was unsuccessful/finally left

I have to say I was really worried about this visit. It was specifically about a battery. My experience was reasonably good considering all the reviews were one star. So here's some if helpful ideas if you want a five-star experience. Number one read ahead of time how to prepare your phone. There's multiple things you need to do ahead of time such as update to software. Stop find my phone and be sure none of the egregious apps are running in the background. Number two go to the store during off hours. Such as early in the morning. Whatever you do it don't go on a busy day. Number three. Introduce yourself to the Apple person and be sure to ask for their name. I specific where it was dealing with Lou and Caleb. Prepare yourself. They basically assume you're an idiot and ask all kinds of crazy quick questions. Be sure you ask them if the part you're interested in is in stock. If it's not in stock, don't leave your phone. Next. They'll give you a time to come back. If it's 1 and 1/2 hours, come back in 3 hours. When you come back they'll escort it to a seat and tell you to wait a while. Don't sit down, stand there and continue to ask when someone will help you. Next, if you're lucky, someone will bring out your phone. Take your $90 and you will leave happy. Good luck. My experience with Lou and Caleb was excellent.

I waited for 30 minutes just to hear that the band I want for my watch is purchased online only. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid at all cost.

Haven’t had a bully wait on me ever. Not nice to you here unless you’re a celebrity I suppose. What kind of man bullies a woman and when did Apple mall employees become so insolent? Completely disrespectful which is unacceptable. All I wanted was to replace a $50 phone case that was under warranty. The bully needed the torn and broken piece though. Then tried to dumb me down and offered $10 off new case.

Impossible to get help, be in store twice same day and have waited 30min to an hour with no help.

This is a very large mall with a quite a variety of stores to browse through.

Had to wait for a rep due to a large volume of customers, but definitely worth the wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
