I went to this location today with my son and Father to upgrade our phones for Christmas. Julian is the person that helped us and from the start he was incredibly easy to talk to. He greeted us the moment we walked in. We had quite a lot of things we needed done (upgrades, changes to our lines, etc.) but he made sure to address everything we needed and he was extremely kind and knowledgable. He also made sure we were getting the best deals available. His manager was there (I didn't catch his name) but both of them were great and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing an AT&T store!!

Agent that helped us added insurance to the new phones without permission. Check your bills! $17/month for each line. Shady!

We had a great experience with Julian! He worked with intention and was able to answer our questions and concerns. We felt our time was valued and he was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond our SIM card issue and even suggested prevention routes (such as upgrading my older iPhone to avoid the issue altogether - without applying much pressure) We will definitely be back to work with him again should we have any ATT related needs. High recommend! He is there on Tuesdays!

Jacob was very helpful in regards to an account setup. He helped me out resolved an issue and assisted in adding an authorized user in my account. I would highly recommend coming and seeing him for any issues you have.

Our wifi went out on Friday of Labor Day weekend. We called service. They set appt for Tuesday leaving us with NO wifi for a whole holiday weekend. I called again and asked if store had a warhawk wifi i could buy. They said yes! I went to store and they did NOT have any. Ordered one because person said it would be sent overnight. Been two days still not here. Customer service people here seem to not care at all. I will not be back and i recommend NOONE use at&t

We've been dealing with so much unnecessary nonsense from Straighttalk and TMobile for over 2 months just trying to get our phones transferred to a new network. Needless to say we didn't hold out much hope with AT&T either, but Jacob Freeman did such an awesome job helping us get everything squared away that our issues were resolved in less than an hour! We cannot thank him enough. 2 new loyal customers earned because of him! Honesty & knowledge goes a long way, something your competitors have obviously yet to learn.

Sales person could not give receipts. Sat in parking lot cord did not work. Sales person refused to return.. He was rude and disrespectful. June 1st. @3:30 The worst customet

I switched from T- Mobil because their customer service was the worst, and you'll pay almost as much as Verizon. So far, AT&T is awesome!

Jacob was extremely helpful when my mother went in to purchase a phone. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. It was nice to see because this type of service and courtesy isn’t very common nowadays.

Yesterday I came in to upgrade my phone and worked with the team there. They were respectful of my time and got me in and out quickly. They also were able to help me get a discount on my account which allowed me to get a new IPad as well! I highly recommended going to Franklin AT&T.

My husband and I just upgraded our phones and Jacob was SO kind and helpful. My phone took forever to transfer but he patiently waited and made sure everything was ok before we left.
