If I could give this place a zero, I would. How they have 4 stars is beyond me. The customer service in this store is horrific. Unprofessional all the way up to the management level, which explains why everyone is full of attitude in this store. They are the winners of the, “not my job” award. We are leaving AT&T after having them for both cell and home fiber for years as a direct result of the incompetency and rude, flagrant behavior of the employees in this store. We will be escalating our experience to our family member who is high up at AT&T. If you’re a thug, this is the store for you.

Couldn’t rate 0 stars.This Mallory Lane Franklin, TN store is the complete opposite of what you see in the ATT commercials. Employees here have a lack of overall competency and that could stem from a lack of skills/sales/customer communication training OR they just follow their unprofessional store leadership. Not a proper business atmosphere, would not recommend to friends or family. We are leaving ATT Wireless and Home Services after being loyal customers.

Patrick was awesome! He helped get my new phone set up, and he helped get my partner's number added to my account as well as helping him pick out a new phone and a watch. He made sure all of our devices were set up correctly, and he walked us through what we could expect our upcoming bills to look like with the activation fees. He was very kind and professional, and we appreciated his help.

I went into the store to get my cellular fixed because I had no service whatsoever. The employee said he would just be able to replace my SIM card and that would resolve the issue. He took out my sim card, wiped it, and then "wasn't able" to put a new one back in and get it registered. I went to a different location today to get a new SIM card and had great service. The manager there was able to give me an ESIM in about 5 minutes and I had service again. He explained to me that any employee at any location should've been able to do the same. Overall just frustrated with my experience there and would definitely not recommend going to this location if you are having any issues with your devices.

Doak was amazing, they were a little busy when we arrived to the store. There were a couple of people ahead of us. Doak was so helpful, got us in and out. He was very kind and knowledgeable, I really appreciated his help.

25 minute hold time to be told I can’t do that but you can go online she was quickly to tell me no that she can’t because they close soon. So I was like damn are you kidding me I just waited 25 minutes for that and she said “you sure did.” I wouldn’t be surprised if I got that kind of service from McDonald’s or Burger King. Which they probably found this person from. Way to go ATT absolutely killing it

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a store. I waited for one hour for help. ATT told me to go to a store because of a mistake they made in mailing a SIM card to me (they forgot to include my apartment number). After one hour a woman who had come in after me, appeared to supersede my place in line: excuse me, I said, I believe I was next. The ATT clerk said, "she was here before but left and came back" "Ok" I said. BUT THEN he went on to tell me how I had to be polite to everyone in his store, 'did I understand this" - I said, I wasn't rude (wouldn't everyone question why someone else who seemed to come in following would be helped first - after an HOUR of waiting? He proceeded to dress me down in front of the other customers in the store and then told me that no one in his store would be helping me, and that I should find another store - this all because I said "excuse me, I believe I was next" ... I feel that if I were lily white like the others in the store, this story would have a different ending. I asked the man for his name" Jeremiah" - I asked him for his last name, and he said: "You don't need to know that" - apparently without this info, he cannot be reported. I tried. He has obviously done this before, as he knows how to skirt the system. By the way, did I mention that today is my birthday, and that I am now without mobile service? An ATT Store to avoid at all costs - especially Jeremiah - a good 'ole boy. I would post negative stars if possible. Jeremiah knows how NOT to be reported. If he felt he'd done nothing wrong - he would have given me his info!

I get everyone is understaffed. I'm telling you how to save everyone a whole lot of time and aggravation. If someone books an appointment to have their phone repaired and you don't have a technician, and won't for several days, call the person and tell them before they come in. I made an appointment yesterday for today, waited patiently for 45 minutes to have my phone fixed and when they finally got around to checking people in, I'm told there's no one to fix the phone and won't be for days. I'm an AT&T customer and can't get services. That's lame and preventable and makes me not want to be an AT&T customer anymore.

We had a situation where my phone became disconnected from service when my daughter set her new phone up. I went into the store very frustrated about this issue but Doak was immediately very helpful. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend this location and working with Doak as he is very efficient and effective about getting things done.
