Horrible service here. They don't help you at all and make you do most of the work especially with calling the company about an issue ATT made. Kameron was very rude and didn't want to help me. Update: i believe that the manager and associates here are racist.

I could not receive calls on my I phone. Received outstanding service from Doak. He was patient and very helpful. He called tech for help and solved my problems. 5 stars!!!

I decided to come to the AT&T in Cool Springs Mall today and the customer service was great. Parker helped us straight away and made our trade-in smooth and easy. I’ll be coming back to this store for any other iPhone issues or trades I need!

I would suggest avoiding this location if possible, and make sure you end up in a company owned retail store, not one of these authorized resellers. Today I visited this location to simply upgrade a line of service in order to get a new phone for my son. The representative was helpful in recommending a phone based on his needs and the current promotions, but that's where any positive feedback ends. This representative took me all the way through the upgrade process, concluding with the transaction, then muttering "ok, it's ordered". At no point did he say that the phone was not in their inventory and would have to be shipped. My expectations were to leave with the device in hand as it was for my son's birthday the following day. There was nothing they were able or willing to do to reverse the process so I had to phone AT&T in order to reversed their work. This then caused a delay in my ability to upgrade the phone in a timely manner since the system is now showing, there was already upgrade in process. While I was being helped, a woman entered into the store and circled around for a few minutes before abruptly leaving. The representative helping me makes a comment to me regarding people and how impatient they are. He never even bothered to greet her or give any insight on how long it would be before he or someone else could help her. Nothing. In addition to the lack of clear communication, the two employees who I saw in the store we're sloppy and lethargic. Appearance even seemed somewhat unprofessional. Wearing a beanie to work is cool, and all if your employer allows it, but when your partner it with my comments above, I assume these guys just rolled out of bed and barely made it into work.
