I went to this store and was helped by a cute blonde named dylan and she was soo kind and helpful to me. She was really friendly and bubbly with my kids! Dylan seriously made my day. Give her a raise ?❤️

If the item is in stock in the store, I’m sure the product will be fine if you buy in store. If you are at all needing to purchase anything from them online, DO NOT.I suspect this company is going out of business as it’s a child company to Bed Bath and Beyond, therefore the customer service is not possible to reach, they likely are not going to ship your item, and it will likely be impossible for you to cancel your order.I bought a crib in store that was out of stock in store, so they put in an online order. It was supposed to arrive today, and I’ve been on hold for customer service since 8am this morning (it’s now 2:30pm), after receiving an email from a rep in broken English telling me my order is out of stock and they have absolutely no idea when it will come back in stock. Therefore I’m simply trying to cancel my order. I’ve also been on hold through their chat feature, I’m fairly certain I will not be reaching a human being to cancel this very expensive order. Unbelievable. This pretty much sums up most customer service in todays world.

Best resource for a FTM! After already purchasing 3 different strollers online, we had a great idea of what we didn’t want—but had no idea the options for what we DID want. I was so overwhelmed and spent HOURS of researching strollers, reading reviews, and going down the rabbit hole. We were flooded with all of the stroller options and opinions online. Our options were already limited since I’m 6’ tall and my husband is 6’5”. After trying to shop at Target and Walmart (who only had 5-6 strollers out on display and literally no staff who knew anything about strollers—not helpful) we were exhausted and decided to make the hour long drive to BuyBuy Baby. Luckily the stroller expert, Christian, was there to save the day! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us. He listened to our rambling of pain points, budget, and what we liked/didn’t like. Christian gave us some incredible options! He knew all of the top rated safety products and recalls (specifically on one of the strollers we were really interested from online). We are SO relieved to have the help of this amazing BuyBuyBaby staff member making it a seamless process. We’re busy trying to keep a new human alive, this is now one less pain point that we have to worry about. Thank you, Christian!!

Best first experience coming into BuyBuyBaby and hands down amazing customer service. We came in with 21 questions and Joe took good care of us! He was attentive and extremely knowledgeable!

I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1. I went into this store on January 1, 2023 to order a rocker to be delivered to my home. The total was around $750, but by the time everything was said and done my card was charged around $6,000. Britt, the assistant store manager, ran off to help another customer with a car seat instead of trying to resolve the problem for us. I asked for her business card and she told me she didn’t have any, but I could check with the front desk if I wanted (they did not have any either.) I had to continue to go up to her and ask her to call different people to get the issue resolved. We left the store being charged thousands of dollars and with no rocker that had been ordered. There needs to be serious training given to employees in this store. I will not be back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars after our experience here. We walked in with no idea what to get (first time aunt of first time parents) and this lovely man named Joe swept right in and helped us.He worked with us for over an hour helping us pick out nursery furniture, cribs, car seats, and stroller. He literally walked around with us throughout the whole store.Turns out, Joe is store manager! We had no idea! We were so grateful that the store manager took so much time out of his day to help us.He was fantastic! We will continue to go back to this location for any and all baby needs!

Awful store with awful customer service. I bought a swing from this store that was on sale for 160 when my baby was born. I used the swing for less then a week and noticed the chair that was detachable slightly slanted to one side. One day I put my baby in the swing and the chair completely detached and flipped landing him on his face and busting his nose and lip (he was 1 month at the time.) I immediately took the chair back and told them and they let me know someone had just returned that exact swing and they took it back on special circumstances but they do not take back any electronics. They refused to take it back and my baby’s face was flue for a week. I called corporate and they are almost impossible to get in touch with. So lesson to all parents. 1. This store puts profit before childrens safety. 2. Be careful buying items on sale especially from smaller companies like this one. 3. You are better off going to a trusted retailer like target or walmart

Brie at the Cool springs Location was AMAZING!! She was so patient with us and was very very knowledgeable!! We got most the things we needed for our new baby!! There were also two gentlemen in the back by the furniture section that were wonderful but I didn't catch their names!

Seriously channel 4! Tom Randles now out? Your best anchor and you screw him over now. Another bad move by your low down lack of professionalism. All you care about is dry, boring, stammering and stuttering reporters like Frio who can barely read a word much less talk without butchering anything in front of him. Another reason why channel 4 is still not working for anyone!!!

Absolutely disgusted with WMSV. You just let the best anchor in news get away. Tom Randles brought honesty, integrity, intelligence, and sincerity to a profession that is seriously lacking all 4. He was a good man, a better, journalist, and an even better anchor. You obviously dont care about viewership so I'll check out channel 5 from now on.
