Had a dripping pipe within a wall. Called Friday afternoon and the very courteous Benjamin Franklin team scheduled me for Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning they called to say they could get here earlier. Joe the plumber, yes that really is his name, arrived within minutes of the call.
Joe was very nice, very professional and informative. Great service - great team.
I never want another plumbing issue but if I do I know I will call Benjamin Franklin and will ask for Joe.
