I recently sent a message to the Berry Farms location inquiring about boarding. I requested a suite for my two dogs and was quoted a price. When it came down to actually making the reservation, I was told they don’t have suites, nor would the price even be correct if they had them. We are talking the real price was over twice the amount I was told. I asked to speak to the manager and she would not honor the price I was quoted at one of their other facilities. I have read other reviews on here since then that also reference wrong price quotes so beware of this. Also beware that there are three different boarding locations and they all have different types of crates available. This is not clearly stated on their website and misleading. This situation took valuable time off of my process of finding a place for our pets and set us back in the search.

Got my cat neutered here today. Was quoted $100-$200 over the phone with the girl I made the appt with, when I got there they charged me $380. I ask two different girls why I was being charged so much and they both just said they didn’t know and I should have been quoted $380. Also they didn’t give my cat a cone, the girl just said “if you need a cone they are cheap at the store” just pretty frustrating I was charged double what I was told and they couldn’t even throw in a cone to keep him from licking the incision as most places do.

Don’t bother trying to call. Although they advertise pet grooming, they will not take any new clients for grooming.

Dr. Katie Heckel has seen my GSD twice now. Immediately diagnosed, treated and fixed the problem on both visits. She and her assistant helped Pepper and me feel comfortable in what is, for Pepper, a very uncomfortable situation. We have found our new vet❣

The only reason they get 4 stars is cleanliness and location. Literally everyone we know within a 10 mile radius of the clinic said to us, "that place is crazy expensive." We continued to go because it is close to home and easy. BUT WE WILL NOT GO BACK in the future. After 2 years of going here and comparing their fees to other places, they are outrageous. We've had animals in our life for over 25 years and this is the first vet where we didn't feel like "family" when we go there.

Not only is this place unprofessional, but they overcharge, are a rip off, cruel to animals and don’t be surprised if they kill your beloved cat or dog.

My dog suffered a major spinal injury & they were able to see him the same day I called. Dr. Mitch made time to focus on my concerns to help my mastiff mix recover. The Acupuncture treatment made a big difference, I will definitely be back!

Very happy with Dr McKee and all the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the problem with our pup. Max will be a happy pup again in a few days. Would recommend.

Loki, my doberman pinscher is almost 11 years old. He has a few issues, but most days he acts like a silly puppy. He wasn't feeling well for a couple of days and I took him to see Dr Cason McInturff. It was our first time at Berry Farms animal hospital. Dr. Cason is a kind person and a very caring veterinarian, his examination of my dog was extremely thorough, I got a lot of insight as to pain management for an elderly large breed dog. Loki had a slight ear infection, and was being headshy for the past 24 hours. He was just not himself and it had me very worried. He was creeping around, acting like a stranger, and I could tell he was in pain. He kept me up all night, pacing and not able to sleep soundly.Dr McInturff prescribed some pain medications, ear medication and anti-inflammatories. I know there is a trade-off here, but at Loki's age, it is better for him to be comfortable than worry about kidney or liver issues at this point.Dr Cason was extremely thorough in explaining all the pros and cons of medication and/or surgery for certain issues. I left here feeling much better about everything, with Dr. Cason's explanations and top-notch care of my fur-baby.The clinic is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, compassionate and helpful. They were super accommodating, the location is convenient, and I was able to pay with Care Credit, which I have used for everything from LASIK surgery to veterinary care, to emergency x-rays after a home accident.I would highly recommend Berry Farms Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pets. Loki is feeling much better after his visit. He's acting more like himself again.I'll be able to get some sleep tonight. Thanks y'all!

My mom boarded my dog here over the weekend. They told her she could pick him up Monday before they closed. They forgot a major detail that they were closed Monday. Went to pick up my dog and doors were locked and no one was there. I now have to change my flight to get him. Extremely disappointed with this careless mistake.

This review is strictly for the Pet Spa. We recently took our one-year-old Shih Tzu Chewy here for grooming for the first time. I asked Jayla the groomer to do a sanitary trim and a trim around his face. The trim around the face changed the entire shape of his face as you can see from the before picture. I hadn't noticed his backside when I came to pick up. When we got home I was mortified. This was not your ordinary trim- it was shaved almost down to the skin on his bottom and down his legs. We called that day and Makenna had told us that Jayla left for the day. She explained the closer shave may have been because of matting. I feel like anything out of the ordinary deserves a courtesy call to let us know what is happening, right? Our old groomer did this and I assumed an establishment like this in Berry Farms would do the same. We sent Makenna the photos and she said the groomer or practice manager would give us a call. TWO weeks go by and nothing. I respond back to the email today to let them know how frustrated I was that no one called back. Alysse in the office responded and assumed we had worked everything out with Jayla. No phone call or email from either for 2 weeks since our grooming. Jayla finally calls me and I ask her about the grooming and the photos we sent. She immediately goes on the defense by responding "I never got any photos." I tell her I sent them to Makenna in an email and again, she insists she doesn't know anything about the photos. I am beyond frustrated at this point because a simple apology could have gone a long way. Between the lack of communication in this office and ZERO responsibility taken for a poor job done, this place is a mess. Not once was an apology even offered for our terrible experience.

So far very good. We have been going for about 2 months since we got a new puppy. Service has been excellent. Wait times are very short. Time spent answering all our questions ha been excellent. Explanations of what is being done has been very good.

Switched to this vet about a year ago after being with another for many years. We have appreciated the new approach a lot. We have a dog with a nasty heart condition, and it has been good to get the whole truth, even when we don't like what we're hearing.
