Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave to our golden doodle, Cali. Everyone was so sweet and caring. We knew our baby was in good hands. Surgery went great and you kept us so informed on how Cali was doing. You gave her continuous care and lots of love while she was there. We are so impressed with BluePearl! Thank you again for your loving care for our girl, Cali. And a big thank you to Amber at the front desk for always being so sweet and making us feel so comfortable calling anytime to check on Cali.

Never take a beloved pet to BLUE PEARL !! DR. AU CRIPPLEDMY MY BEST FRIEND. IT DIDN'T HAVE TO HAPPEN. AU DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO HIM AND WHAT MY REGULAR VET SAID. AU SAID HE COULD NOT GET THE CD THAT MY REGULAR VET MADE OF THE SPINE. 12,600.00 dollars later I now have a pet whose back legs are uselessI am in the process of filing a lawsuit against AU and blue pearl for the damage they did to Buddy. NEVER TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET TO BLUE PEARL. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Had to bring in our girl Avi for worsening back pain and loss of appetite. We had already completed multiple tests at my clinic with our DVM that were pretty much inconclusive. So we decided to bring her in through emergency since internal medicine had appointments two weeks out and she was losing weight too quickly that we weren’t comfortable waiting that long. Our wait with emergency was not bad at all and our technician, Holli-Ann, got us triaged and went over what the process would look like. Dr. Meier saw Avi and she then discussed all the possibilities that could be affecting her. She stayed overnight so internal medicine could see her the next morning. Dr. Waugh saw her and called us once she had a plan of what needed to happen. She kept us updated throughout the day and was very thorough with explaining everything. Everyone was amazing and we’re very thankful for the doctors and the team of technicians there. The only complaint we have is that reception never really greeted us either time and especially at discharge it was all just very cold and dismissive. They weren’t rude but some smiles and act of caring would have been nice to see and goes a long way.

Everyone was very kind, and helpful through the whole consultation. Dr. Au gave me a lot of helpful information and talked me through everything. I would recommend coming here for family and friends. You just have to keep in mind that this is a an emergency hospital, everyone is dealing with a lot that comes through the door, so be patient with the staff.

From the moment we called to the time we arrived Blue Pearl’s front office staff, technicians and vet were WONDERFUL, understanding and COMPASSIONATE. I’ve had many a pet that had to unfortunately cross over and they made the experience as calm and loving as possible. I will say this practice was outstanding in terms of having to help with putting a pet down. Moreover,the lovely card I received and clay paw ? print was touching.

Dr Lucas was amazing. She really spent the time with us explaining things for our dog. It isn’t fun having to go into an emergency vet but this location goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible.

My dog was hit by a car and had internal injuries my normal vet could not handle. BluePearl provided excellent care at eye-watering prices 3x what I expected.

I drove 2.5 hours and glad I did. I made an emergency visit. It was pretty expensive, but worth it for the service that I had recieved. I finally got clarity that I needed by talking with a real professional. They took care of my dog with mast cell tumors so well. They presented all the options with all the risks and rewards, so that I could easily make a educated decision. Blue pearl provided a customized sheet for me to take home that serves as a great guide for taking care of our puppy. I usually get a robot script from other vet clinics which doesn't provide much value to my specific pup. I felt confident that I was making the right decision when leaving here. Thank you Blue Pearl. The staff and doctors at BluePearl are amazing! My 2-year old dog was very sick and they got her in right away and took such good care of her! They communicated with me frequently about her status and next steps and made sure I understood my options and her treatment. Would highly recommend this facility!

We had an excellent outcome. My cat had swallowed a foot-long length of yarn! It happened so quickly I even doubted she had done it. How could she get it down!? But she did. So I took her to blue pearl and a veterinarian came in several times, and fully explained the risks with each option. He did not come down on one side or the other. I ended up making my own decision. Would have liked a little more guidance but everything worked out well. A specialist came in to do an endoscopy to extract the yarn. I was told by a vet tech to stay close to my phone and I forgot it was on do not disturb. The vet who extracted the yarn left me a very nice message after a successful procedure, but I did not see it until later. I would have appreciated someone coming into the room to update us. But it was a successful visit. My cat is an older cat, almost 12 years old, so there were risks with her age and her other health problems. But I could not see leaving 12 inches of yarn to try to go through a cat! And actually, the specialist had expressed her concerns if we had left it in. This was after the procedure she told me that. Her message was very nice and I am very happy with the outcome. All of the staff there were friendly and caring and the place was super clean.

They are very friendly and efficient. I arrived at 8 am on Sunday 1/28. My dog was quickly triaged and given medical attention.
