I want to take this moment to brag on Alec. This was my first time selling a home, and everything felt so new. Alec held our hand through the whole thing and alleviated the stress. He was so prompt to reply to any questions and concerns and advised us along the way. His advice was solid and he sold our home immediately during our first open house. He even stayed late after the open house to talk to the buyers. In fact, there were several late nights where he stayed up to file counter offers and take care of business. I am exceptionally impressed with Alec, his selflessness, his work ethic and his business savvy. I am a customer for life.

Alec Leaman was excellent to work with, as was his assistant Joya. They were very understanding of our property preferences, curated the right properties for us to see, and were always flexible and available. Alec’s deep knowledge of real estate and building structures was invaluable to us. We gained a house but importantly gained friends as well!I am a hard grader but Alec gets 5 stars and my highest recommendation.
