Franklin Burn has been an amazing gym for my wife and I. Our kids love the childcare component because they can see us working out through the play area window and the workouts always challenge us. I’ve never left wishing I could be pushed more which is very important to me since time is so valuable these days with kids. Highly recommend Burn Franklin!

Pre-Covid, I was at a cross fit style gym with a barbell and swore I wouldn’t go to a group fitness place without one. Fast forward … I quit my job, had a baby, moved south of Nashville, and covid hit. I finally woke up one day and realized I hadn’t moved my body in a significant way in a year and a half. That wasn’t OK for me. There was a Burn a mile away. I joined and it’s almost been 3 years. Amazing community, childwatch, trainers, and fun!! Never say never!

I joined a little less than a month ago and I’m already down 4 pounds. The workouts are intense but I always feel so great afterwards! Best music. Best instructors. Best community.

This is the only workout place I’ve ever stuck with and I’ve been here for several years now. It consistently challenges me and I’m always excited to go even when it’s hard because I know I’ll get results. I recommend this place for anyone who needs childcare, flexibility, challenging workouts and community!

Huge fan of Burn Boot Camp! The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the workouts are always varied and challenging. The supportive community makes it a great place to push yourself, no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, intense workout!

This is one of the best gyms in town. Free child care while you work out -that’s a win in itself! It’s a great 45 min workout no matter what level you’re at.

I’ve been going to Burn for over 3 years. It consistently challenges me, I still leave the gym sore from working muscles in new ways, and the community can’t be beat. The best part is I’ve also made great friends along the way!

Make sure to read every detail if you go into “contract” with themTo cancel membership, you have to pay $60 a month for every single month left on the contract and if you are unable to pay, there is verbiage stating they “will refer the amount to a collection agency and/or attorney.”When I first wanted to cancel, the total would have been close to $800, so I kept it open and tried to keep going, but I honestly wasn’t finding what I was looking for in a workout and it was no longer viable with my schedule. I am just now able to cancel due to financial, but still paying $360 and this is after I expressed hardship with the times due to my work schedule and financial. Super disappointing.

Love, love, love Burn Bootcamp! Such an encouraging community of like-minded people, great workouts, supportive trainers, lots of available camp times, and don't forget the child-care that they offer. This gym is a gem. Highly recommend!!!

About me : Typical meat head gym guy here who’s been lifting weights for over 20 years.Results:According to an advanced scale, in 4 weeks I’ve lost over 10lbs of fat and gained 7lbs of muscle. Ive also discovered I’m able to push myself to new levels I couldn’t reach on my own.More details:I stumbled onto this gym when going to the archery near by. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. I did a quick walk through and was very impressed with what I saw in the short tour.I pride myself in working hard at the gym on my own. However they showed me new levels I didn’t know I was capable of reaching. While at the same time not pressuring or guilting me to reach it. They know how to motivate you with positive energy and focus. They also do an excellent job of reading any discomfort in a workout and will quickly help you to adjust to work around it helping to avoid injury.The first week was tough but I felt great after every session and the sessions got easier to me after that. Note - I would never and have yet to call a session “easy” though! Its more I’ve gotten comfortable hitting failure and the high intensity the sessions pull out of me.What I find amazing is I’ve seen people at all physical levels and ages working hard next to me at whatever pace they need to do. While at the same time I’ve never felt like I was competing against anyone but myself. Everyone there becomes your support group as they are right there with you.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for help to push themselves safely with a positive instructor and surrounded by a supportive group of people.

Burn is a place that has helped me set and reach goals both physically and personally over the past year. What makes Burn so special to me is the community of women that participate... all ages, fitness levels and stages of life. They are kind, inspiring, strong and welcoming.
