Everything about this place is wonderful. I have ordered three cakes since December and have not been disappointed in any of them. My daughters received so many compliments on their cakes. The roses were placed by myself which I asked them for me to do this part. The taste of the cake is like no other cake you have ever eaten. If you want a cake for any event please go to Cheif Siva.

Dear Cafe India,I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for your exceptional service in bringing our selected theme, “Under the Ocean,” to life through the cake. The cake not only matched the picture perfectly but also delighted everyone with its delicious mango flavor. It was a hit, and numerous guests inquired about it, thoroughly enjoying each bite.Thank you once again for your outstanding work and for making our event truly memorable.

Best restaurant in the town for custom cakes and authentic, delicious Pastries. When I visited last week to order a birthday cake, Vinay was very welcoming and introduced me to their chef (Shiva) who is so extremely talented in making customized cakes. After showing him the picture of a cake of interest from google, he said he can make to look the same. When I went to pickup the cake, i was really thrilled and impressed by his talent. The cake looks exactly same as the picture and it has very authentic taste like the one we get back in India. I highly recommend Cafe India for Customed cakes and Pastries. Thank you Shiva and Vinay?

Truly one of my favorite Nashville area Indian restaurants. Everything we tried hit it out of the park!

we got two Biriyanis from Cafe India yesterday and both were a disaster! The Ambur mutton Biriyani had bright red rice that was way too spicy and the mutton was inedible. One of the worst Biriyanis I've ever had! The Bhai chicken Biriyani was a disappointment too - it was swimming in oil and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The quality of the food was absolutely terrible.

Cafe India is one of the finest restaurants in Franklin. They have special dishes on weekend of which Guthuvankaya pulavo is my personal favorite . The prices are also nominal. The service person Mr. Vinay Kumar is very friendly, the chef Mr Sujay also personally asks if we like the food. Th owner ,Mr Vineeth will be available in Cafe India on the weekends, he also personally asks if we like the food. One suggestion is that they can have more varieties in vegetarian dishes.

I had heard a great deal about this place from friends and colleagues in Nashville, so I decided to take my guests there for dinner. Despite having high expectations, the experience was extremely disappointing when we tasted the food. We ordered various items, but the chaat, in particular, was of poor quality. The yogurt-based potato chaat had a foul odor, and the yogurt used in it seemed to be spoiled. The overall food quality was disastrous. Additionally, the restroom condition was unpleasant. It's quite disheartening to see such inadequate maintenance in a restaurant located in a major city like Nashville.

My favorite Indian place by far.Very legit authentic food, atmosphere, and staff. Anything you order, chances are you will love.My favorites to get are:Mango Lassi - Not a dish but their own yogurt mango drink that is actually to die for, do not pass this up.Chicken 65 - Super good spiced up fried chicken, the fry is also delicious and light.Chicken Korma - My favorite Indian dish, the creaminess of the coconut milk and the spices work so well and the aroma is to die for.Masala Dosa - Really cool dish, comes as a huge crepe with potato stuffing and sauces on the side, great to build your own and eat with your hands.Pani Puri - Truly an experience, this dish is not for everyone but everyone should try it. The sheer amount of flavors you taste is unlike anything I’ve seen.Chicken tikka Masala - While this is a tried and true dish synonymous with American view of Indian food, they execute this dish very well and it is always on my table.
