I live in Connecticut, and buying my Mini Cooper from Car Bazaar in Tennessee was a very easy experience. Even though the DMV in state of Connecticut gave me a hard time registering my car. Michael from Car Bazaar didn't just say "well that's your problem." He went above and beyond to help me through the process of getting the car registered in my state. I really appreciate the time you committed to that process man. Thanks Again. The car is Great :-).

I bought my daughter's Mini Cooper almost 1.5 year ago and the car is running great! Michael was very easy and there was zero pressure to buy. In fact the entire process was smooth and painless. I did not get the arrogant vibe I'be gotten at other dealers for being a woman. They were so great they drove my car home for me because I didn't have a way to get it to my house. I am glad I bought local at Car Bazaar.

The whole process of purchasing my car went very smoothly. I came in late in the day on a Friday, and I knew going in that I would have to wait to finalize the sale. Michael was on vacation, but still called me on Saturday (while I was out of town) to help move the process forward. I returned Monday morning before the credit union was open, and we got all the dealership paperwork done. Then, as soon as the credit union opened, we got that taken care of, and I drove away very happy.

Quite the selection of high end and performance cars that are priced very well. You can tell he takes pride in every aspect of the business and this extends to the quality of the vehicles on his lot. Easily one of the best dealers I have worked with and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I will definitely be working with him for all of my car purchases from here on out!

This was my first ever car-buying experience and it went very smoothly! This dealership offers a wide variety of quality vehicles at a low price. They are very transparent and work hard to get you everything in a timely manner. From the time I walked in the door for the first time to the time I drove off the lot with my new car, I felt at ease throughout it all.There were a few very minor issues with the vehicle, some that I was made aware of prior to purchasing and some that I noticed after purchasing. Michael and the team took care of all the issues in a timely manner.Highly recommend!

The whole process of buying a vehicle from this lot set off flags for me and I kick myself for not listening. I won’t go into the details but I will say please take your time to read all the necessary papers and check things out, truly know what you’re getting yourself into. Don’t get rushed into closing quickly. BUY THE WARRANTY!…oh and bring a friend, family, spouse, neighbor or someone cause having Michael helping you solo while you sign paperwork as he continues to share/say the most inappropriate things is too much!

Do not buy a car from this place. What a headache my vehicle has been. My intuition said no small car lots I wished I listened to myself. If I can save one person this post is worth it. I implore you to look elsewhere.

We have struggled finding an individual seller or dealership that was honest and not selling a vehicle with hidden problems. While looking for dealerships, we came across this one and it had high stars/reviews. We decided to look here for our vehicle.We test drove and looked over the suburban they had for sale. We thought maybe the tires were unbalanced and he said his service guy would be back Monday and could balance them (prior to purchasing although it isn’t something they’d do now that we bought it). We ended up buying the suburban. Most of the banks they used were closed so it took several hours to wrap up the purchase. Make sure to come prepared with your own lender.They did not fill up the tank and it was on empty. An immediate $75 purchase upon driving away and the sales rep was gone by the time we realized it.The next morning, we discovered it did not need the tires balanced but needs 2 new HUB/Wheel bearings on the front of the vehicle - $961 dollars to replace both. A major safety issue as the wheels locking up can be catastrophic. We also discovered the dealership did not perform any mechanical maintenance/checks that the prior owner should have performed.There is a misfire in the engine although it does not have a check engine light and a tune up has not been done. We were told between $400-$500 for the tuneup as well but they couldn’t guarantee it will take care of the misfire or that it did not have engine issues.The heated steering wheel also does not work - clearly not a deal breaker but that should have been disclosed.Save yourself money and frustration. Go to a larger dealership that warranties their vehicles. They knowingly sold us a vehicle that needed $1500+ in work immediately. All 6 of our small children were present. A vehicle needing wheel bearings is a safety issue and we are very upset they assumed it was acceptable to risk the lives of our family for financial gain.We will not do business here or recommend this dealership.

We were affected by the flood in Waverly, TN and in a crunch to find a vehicle. The guys at Car Bazaar were nothing short of AMAZING!! Our Sales guy, Michael, was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on their lot. The pricing was very affordable. I respect the fact that he was never pushy and let us walk away. Of course, we came back! We will definitely return when we want to purchase our next vehicle! Thank you so much for everything!! ❤️

My car was totaled in the 2021 Waverly flood. I’ve always been an American muscle guy. I came here to test drive an Audi and a Porsche. Michael was very friendly and let us drive what we wanted to. I saw on their showroom a 2015 Mercedes GLA45 AMG. I never seen one before Michael said you want to drive it.. They pulled it out of the showroom with no issue and once I drove that car I was sold!! Michael made the process painless and easy.. I will always do business with them going forward.. All their vehicles are priced below market value but are in the best condition!! Thanks Guys
