This Chico’s location in Cool Springs is the best! Pam and Rita were so friendly and helpful. I will be my go to store and I live in Murfreesboro. Its worth the drive! 🌟

Walked in and immediately had much needed help. After describing exactly what I was looking for, they led me straight to it. She thought it might need to be ordered, but no! They had all sizes in stock.

I called about an item availability in store and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and stopped me in mid sentence to tell me they were busy and to call back another time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Chico's! Yes they were very busy, but I have been to a much busier store with much better customer service. One lady was in the fitting room trying to get an associates attention for 20 minutes. I tried to get several clerks attention for assistance and was acknowledged then completely ignored twice!
